United Building Get Facade Improvement

We would like to thank Laurene for helping us with our grant application for the Facade Improvement Program offered by the City of Edmonton.

Since completing the renovation to our buildings cladding, entrance awning, signage and lights we have seen an increase in positive comments from people about our building’s look and feel. We had previously updated the interior of the build to be a creative professional space to attract and keep marketing and business consulting tenants and related to our Website and E-commerce development business. The renovated appearance of our building now complements the interior of it, and we have seen an increase sense of pride in our staff and tenants for our building.

We are grateful for Laurene’s efforts and time to guide us through the process of applying for the City Facade Improvement grant. Laurene explained to us the information we will need to provide, the important details about the application, and the overall process in applying for the grant. The grant helped us stretch our budget so we could update to higher quality cladding, LED lighting, signage and a new awning for the entrance. We also removed some cedar tress from the front of the building to open up the look and let more light into the building. The updated street plants and garage containers help to round out the inviting and professional look and feel to our build. So thank you Laurene and the Facade Improvement Program!
